We treat many children who have been referred to our office by their family dentist. If you have been referred to our office, please make sure to bring a copy of the referral form that your dentist gives you. If your child had x rays, please check with your dentist to insure that copies have been mailed or emailed to our office.

We understand that many of our patients come quite a distance to see us and that families also have busy schedules to keep up with, but first and foremost, Dr. Fishbaugh wants provide the best possible treatment he can for your child. This is why he routinely has a consultation appointment with the parent(s) and child prior to providing any treatment. It is essential to assess your child and his/her treatment needs. It is important that you understand what treatment needs to be done, why we recommend the treatment and how we are going to provide this treatment.
